C\u2019est la tradition dans ce village dont l\u2019\u00e9glise est d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 tous les saints : le jour de la <strong>Toussaint<\/strong>, la cit\u00e9 se transforme en immense braderie et en champ de foire pour faire la f\u00eate. De nombreuses personnes en profitent pour acheter le fameux<strong> carabouya<\/strong>, un bonbon \u00e0 l\u2019anis qu\u2019on ne trouve pratiquement que ce jour-l\u00e0.
