La compagnie ferroviaire lance d\u00e8s aujourd&rsquo;hui une vaste campagne de recrutement pour 2027, baptis\u00e9e <strong>\u00ab YESNCB !<\/strong> \u00bb. Au total, plus de <strong>900 postes<\/strong> sont \u00e0 pourvoir : principalement des conducteurs, des accompagnateurs de train et des techniciens en atelier, mais aussi des profils pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 Securail, le commercial ou l&rsquo;IT. Et <strong>pour 2026,<\/strong> il reste <strong>encore 150 poste<\/strong>s \u00e0 pourvoir sur les 1 000 pr\u00e9vus cette ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pas besoin de sortir d&rsquo;une \u00e9cole ferroviaire :<strong> la SNCB assure elle-m\u00eame la formation<\/strong>.
